By booking a session or purchasing photography services with Wild Hare Photography, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies.

Behind-the-Scenes Content

For creative, professional, and privacy reasons, no behind-the-scenes photographs or video recordings are permitted during any session unless prior verbal consent is given by the photographer. This includes, but is not limited to, content captured on phones, cameras, or other recording devices. Unauthorized recording may result in the session being paused or terminated without refund.

Payments & Refund Policy

All down-payments, retainers, and session payments are non-refundable. By booking, you understand that you are purchasing a professional service, not a tangible or returnable product. Time, preparation, expertise, and availability are reserved specifically for you once a booking is confirmed.

Because photography services cannot be returned, reversed, or resold, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or dissatisfaction that falls outside reasonable professional standards.

Client Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is extremely important to me, and I take my work and client experience very seriously. If you are unhappy with your final images, I am always open to a professional and respectful discussion.

These options are not guaranteed and will only be considered if the concern is reasonable, clearly communicated, and aligned with my artistic style and professional judgment.

Artistic Style & Creative Control

By booking with Wild Hare Photography, you acknowledge that you have reviewed my portfolio and understand my editing style, creative approach, and artistic vision. Minor variations in lighting, color, or composition are part of the creative process and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Respect & Professional Conduct

Mutual respect is expected at all times. Any behavior that interferes with the photographer’s ability to perform their services—including excessive direction, interruptions, or disregard for these guidelines—may result in early termination of the session without refund.
